Super XHD & XHD primaries

Application

Use these primary cleaners to remove the bulk of adhering coal, ore or quarry material before it reaches the secondary cleaner. The blade profile and mounting position determine how it meets the belt.

Slide-frame construction

The slide frame carries the moulded polyurethane blades and gives access for replacement during maintenance. This construction is separate from the individual suspension arms used in the Primary Head Cleaner.

Set-up matters

Match blade width to the material path. Check the arc against the finished pulley diameter and leave the blade clear of the main discharge trajectory. Use the selected spring or air settings, not extra pressure to overcome poor positioning.
