For gaskets outside the listed specifications, we can manufacture custom sizes, non-standard profiles including square, rectangular and radius corner, and special drilling patterns when the pitch circle diameter (PCD) or number of holes differ.

Operating conditions are recorded for review, not checked against an automatic pressure or temperature rating.

03 Drawings & supporting information

Up to 5 PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files. Maximum 5 MB per file and 15 MB total. Export CAD drawings to PDF and convert HEIC photos before attaching. Files are not published on the website.

Do I need every dimension?

No. Send a known size, part number, drawing, photograph or a useful description of what you need. Leave unknown values blank and note the information that needs confirming.

Can I request custom sizes or drilling?

Yes. Include a labelled drawing for custom sizes, square, rectangular or radius-corner profiles, or special drilling where the PCD or number of holes differ.

Does a flange designation confirm suitability?

This form records your requested designation. It does not calculate dimensions, establish a pressure rating or approve material selection. The specification and operating conditions require review before supply.

Does submitting this form place an order?

No. It sends an enquiry for review and quotation. Price, lead time and the final supply specification must be agreed separately.
