Remove the remaining fines

The primary removes bulk carryback; the Single Direction Secondary removes the remaining fines. Position the tips directly below the head pulley, inside the head chute, so removed material drops back into the product stream.

Tip and cushion response

The trailing tip arrangement follows normal belt travel. Each cushion must move freely and support its tip at the correct angle. Uneven tip heights, hardened cushions or a skewed pole prevent consistent cleaning.

Spray-assisted cleaning

Confirm nozzle arrangements, water supply, filtration and drainage for a spray-pole installation.
