Inline secondary cleaners

Application

Inline cleaners remove residual material beneath the head pulley or at a suitable tertiary position behind the secondary. Their compact arrangement is useful where suspension-arm space is limited.

Slide-frame maintenance

The wear segments are carried on a slide frame for easy access during maintenance. Allow clear withdrawal space at the service side. Isolate the conveyor and release stored tension before removing the assembly.

Tool steel or tungsten tips

Tool-steel blades wear quickly to match the belt profile for effective contact. Tungsten tips provide a more substantial cleaning action. Select the contact material to suit the belt, splice and residue.
