Belt Tracking Solutions

The Flat Return Tracker is designed for tracking the return side of belt in medium duty applications up to 1200mm Belt width. Conveyor systems larger than this are recommended to move to a dual return application. 

The flat return tracker can be installed in the traditional position under the belt, or in certain circumstances, it may be more suitable to install in an inverted position on top of the belt.

The Dual Return Tracker is designed to handle heavier duty applications than the Flat Return tracker. 

It provides powerful tracking ability and the Polyurethane lagging enables it to withstand harsh tracking conditions. This unit is recommended for belts from 1200bw and larger.

The Vee-Return Tracker is for use on conveyor systems that are fitted with vee-return frames and the tracker is required in a position where it would not be practical to convert the transition back to flat returns. 

Ideally a flat tracker is preferred when tracking the return side of belt, but the vee-return tracker is very efficient when this is not a suitable option.

The Taper Trough Tracker is installed prior to where misalignment occurs on the load carrying side of the belt. 

Install after loading chutes, before head chute and approximately every 50-75m or where needed.
